Partner companies get a rate. Their staff enter a work email on your storefront and get a personal code.
On an Online Store theme the reveal page is already live at /apps/brandsos/perks, inside your own theme. Link it from your footer or send it to your partner's HR team.
A headless storefront never receives /apps/… — App Proxy belongs to the Online Store, so Hydrogen answers that path itself. Drop the form into a page of your own instead:

A matching email reveals a code immediately — there is no email verification — so each address gets one code for good, and the caps per company are what limit your exposure.
